IBPMExpress Web Client Shows "Error 404 - Not Found" on a 64-Bit Operating System (Doc ID 1285927.1)

After installing the IPM web components on a 64-bit Windows operating system, the IBPMExpress web client displays the following error when loading, before receiving a login screen:

"HTTP 404 - File Not Found" or "The page cannot be found"

However, the main IBPMWeb works as expected.
