WebLogic Deployments Failed And Left Admin Server Locked [Deployer:149164] (Doc ID 1286134.1)

Symptoms

An application is being deployed or redeployed on Admin or managed server(both clustered and non clustered) of a particular domain. While using weblogic.Deployer or deployment using WebLogic Ant tasks, the deployment/redeployment of the application fails and the Admin Server goes into hung state. The Admin Server stops responding. Following error is seen in the logs from the time of issue:
