Impossible to Connect to ODI 11g Studio After Unchecking Modeler Framework (Doc ID 1286507.1)

Symptoms

After deselecting the "Modeler Framework" in ODI 11g Studio > Tools > Preferences > Extensions, it is no longer possible to login on any Repository.

The "Modeler Framework" can not be checked again, because it is not longer visible in the Extensions list.

The issue could be reproduced with following steps:

  1. Start ODI 11g Studio.
  2. In the menu bar, click on Tools > Preferences...
  3. Navigate to "Extensions"
  4. Deselect "Modeler Framework 11.1.1.X.XX.XX.XX"
