Intermittent Errors When Processing a Batch "Error Number: 20004, Error: Failed to save batch information. Failed to set the batch id" (Doc ID 1287536.1)

Symptoms

An intermittent error occurs when the Distributed Capture service is processing.  The errors are returned in the PPS<date>.LOG  file.

10/11/10 11:18:47 AM ***Error*** Failed to process batch 28339151_28340726. Error Number: 20004, Error: Failed to save batch information. Failed to set the batch id. Operation is not allowed in this context.
10/11/10 11:18:48 AM Batch 28339151_28340726 moved to \\Server\Share\Logs\BO IIS\wsrv1615\errorbatches.

The .PAK file can later be dropped back in to the "ClientAccess" folder and processed without problem.
