Clicking ZOOM-Managed Attachments, Opens IPM Error Page in 11g Rather Than UCM Managed Attachments Page (Doc ID 1288721.1)

Symptoms

From E-Business Suite, clicking Zoom -> Managed Attachments open a blank, blue, IPM error page with a URL like the following:


http://myhost:16200/imaging/faces/Message/Message.jspx?errorId=419c70b1-f3aa-4ca9-acc6-761ab00faff9

In the UTL_FILE_DIR on E-Business Suite, the Managed Attachments log file shows the following tracing, with a java.lang.Exception occurring.
