Symptoms

Users in OID that are set up in a WLS service provider are sometimes assigned roles that they should not be assigned.  The filter configured in the WLS provider is not being honored properly.

Note a similar issue is seen in Active Directory.  Please see <Note 1396207.1> for patches for this specific security solution.
