Symptoms

Cannot login or connect to the WebCenter Content 11g (formerly UCM) instance using the UCM Commit Driver in ODC - receiving the following error:

Error is: HTTP transport error: com.sun.xml.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: Invalid Content-Type:text/html. Is this an error message instead of a SOAP response?
