11g UCM Receives ORA-28276 and ORA-02063 Errors When Adding Tables (Doc ID 1293742.1)

Symptoms

In 11g Universal Content Management, the "Add Table" function in the Configuration Manager cannot add tables that are linked (synonym/db_link) from other databases.

It will fail with an ORA-28276 Invalid Name Space Value and ORA-02063 Preceding Line error.
