Symptoms

Users are not able to access the DSCC of a DS 6.3.1 ZIP Install with Tomcat 6 Web Container.

When accessing DSCC the error is displaying in the browser:


ErrorError reading installation configuration
An unexpected error occurred while checking the status of the Directory Service Control Center.
