Symptoms
An error is seen when running the importMetadata WLST command.
The error is as follows:
wls:/webcenter/serverConfig> importMetadata(application='webcenter',server='WC_Spaces',fromLocation='/home/oracle/mytranslations/metadata',docs='/oracle/webcenter/translations/scopedMD/<METADATA_ID>/scope-resource-bundle_es.xlf')
Location changed to domainRuntime tree. This is a read-only tree with DomainMBean as the root.
