Workspace PDF export doesn't handle Thai characters properly (Doc ID 1295274.1)

Symptoms

The Export to PDF file option in workspace does not handle the Thai characters properly: The fields containing Thai characters in the workspace are blank in the PDF.
Same problem may happen with other languages and national characters.
