Symptoms

After creating an Oracle Virtual Directory Component Using opmnctl successfully, using EM to manage the OVD component shows the status as running, but throws the error "Failed to load server configuration.Check the Virtual Directory Server logs. Possible Error :"Failure in loading configuration from Oracle Virtual Directory server" when trying to select Administration --> Server Properties.

When going to EM to manage the OVD component, it shows a status of running, but throws the error "Failed to load server configuration.Check the Virtual Directory Server logs. Possible Error :"Failure in loading configuration from Oracle Virtual Directory server" when trying to select Administration --> Server Properties.

Changes

 Possible password change between EM & OVD Server.
