Custom Work Manager Configured for ODSI Dataspace Project Is Not Being Used (Doc ID 1296263.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 13, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Data Service Integrator (ODSI) - Version 10.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In an Oracle Data Service Integration (ODSI) 10.3 dataspace project, a physical dataservice has been configured  to use custom work managers by following steps specified in the official documentation:
https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E13167_01/aldsp/docs32/dsp32wiki/Using Work Managers With ALDSP.html

When the dataservice is tested, requests are executed by the custom work manager.
If a web service map is created from the dataservice, all requests are executed by the default work manager and not by the custom one.

This is not the expected behavior.
1) Web service is deployed in the same application that has associated the custom workmanager so requests should be executed by it.
2) The actual query should definitely be executed by the custom work manager
