Symptoms

During installation of Oracle Fusion Middleware Portal Forms Reports Discoverer 11g 64 bits software distribution on Linux Redhat 4 64 bits OS, the following error is displayed
during the configuration phase when Reports Server is trying to be started via opmnctl command.
