Symptoms

After configuring WebLogic and WebCenter Portal to use Oracle Internet Directory (OID) as the identity store and Oracle Access Manager (OAM) for authentication, an OID user logging into WebCenter Portal receives the following error message:

User: <USERNAME> not found in identity store.
