Goal

The content of a Content Server or UCM is required to be migrated to another Content Server or UCM.

Using the Archiver Transfer can be used; however, it can be slow and there are limits to the size and number of items that can be transferred.

This How To note explains an alternative means to migrate the content. Archiver is still used but the archive is copied manually instead of transferred.

These procedures can be used between the same version of Content Server or UCM, or from 7.X to 10g, or 10g to 11g, or 7.X to 11g
