Symptoms

When a word is being sought with the "Quicksearch" tool, 

the search results page shows the Content_ID link pointing to the 

GET_HIGHLIGHT_INFO service. 



After clicking the link the following error is displayed:



Error E3-0604 (Vgw): Error: Cannot open gateway stream
