Symptoms
Launching config.sh from 11.1.1.4 Fusion Middleware Discoverer install make a call to ORACLE_HOME/oui/bin/runInstaller
When the runInstaller is called it throws an error
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for object heap
Could not create the Java virtual machine.
