OWB Mapping Execution Fails With ORA-06502 - character string buffer too small (Doc ID 1304780.1)

Symptoms

A mapping uses its mapping name through the get_model_name expression.
The mapping name is between 28 to 30 character long.

The mapping execution was successful in OWB 10.1.
In OWB 10.2, it fails to execute with:

Upgrade to OWB 10.2 or higher.
