Goal

Is there any way in a WebCenter PS3 (11.1.1.4.0) or above installation to view the organizational hierarchy, and to set the Manager and Direct Reports?

By default, the values displayed in the User Profile -- About and User Profile -- Organization are set to blank. This means that there is no defined manager.
