Unable to Index IPM Documents after an Upgrade. Error 29516 Occurs after a Direct Index.

Symptoms

After upgrading an IPM system from 7.6 to 10g, 29516 errors are received when indexing documents.

The IPM logs also show a "Preferred Route Not Found" error for the Storage Service.

Image retrieval is unaffected.
