Can not Install an OWSM in a non-administrative OC4J-instance

Symptoms
When attempting to install an advanced OWSM into the J2EE server of SOA and selecting the new non-administrative OC4J-instance, the ccore (OWSM console) is not available. Upon invoking the console you get the error 404. When installing wsm into the administrative oc4j instance (Home oc4j), the ccore is available, as expected.
