Symptoms
A form that may have been upgraded to 11.1.1.x from a previous Forms release fails with:
FRM-40735 (trigger) raised unhandled exception
ORA-06508 Could Not find Program Unit Being Called
The program unit should be found as the corresponding pll is in the FORMS_PATH and has been upgraded fine. The corresponding library is not at the top of the list of libraries attached, it may even be attached to another.
