Why is "WEB8004: Error flushing the output stream" Seen in the Web Server Logs? (Doc ID 1310174.1)

On Sun Java Web Server 6.1 SP9 and earlier, the message "WEB8004: Error flushing the output stream" is sometimes seen in the Web Server error logs.

This is shown below:
