Applies to:
Oracle Containers for J2EE - Version 10.1.3.2.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Java SSO has been configured to use "Number of Login Attempts" equal to 3, and after login fails three times the user receives the message:
"You have exceeded the maximum login attempts allowed. Please contact the application administrator or wait 120 minutes to retry."
But if the user closes and re-opens the browser, it allows the user to continue to continue login attempts.
How can the account be locked after the user reaches the maximum number of login attempts, even after the user closes and re-opens the browser?
