The goal is to install Oracle Fusion Middleware Forms and Reports 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.x)
Immediately after configuring the product, all the processes are started successfully in background by the configuration wizard.
When an attempt is made to stop and then restart the components the EM application fails to restart.
