Symptoms

While using the Content Server, the following error is occasionally thrown:

Web Server

Error attempting to perform request. (Error sending user authentication check to primary server. Unable to connect to address.) To administrate this server use this link.


If end users simply refresh the page, the error is gone and the system behaves as normal.
