Failed Login to UCM with the user that was Created in Weblogic Server, Error: Content Server Request Failed user (USERNAME) does not have sufficient privileges (Doc ID 1312027.1)

Symptoms

  After defining a new user in the weblogic server admin server in the same realm where the default weblogic user is defined, Logging in to UCM with the new users credentials the following error occurs:

Content Server Request Failed user (USERNAME) does not have sufficient privileges


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define new user in the weblogic server in the same realm where the default weblogic user is defined (myrealm)
2. Log into UCM with that user credentials
3. User logs in but error occurs
