On : 11.1.1.4.0 version, Virtual Directory Server, Listener Creation Failed with the following error :
"Failure in saving configuration to Oracle Virtual Directory server."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new listener.
2. Try to save.
3. The error reproduces.
