CFGFWK-64072 Unable Select Oracle Portlet Producers When Creating Domain (Doc ID 1312814.1)

Symptoms

Installed WebCenter 11.1.1.4 and JDeveloper 11.1.1.4 into the same Fusion Middleware Home.  The WebCenter Spaces Extension has been added in JDeveloper.  After those steps, users are unable to create a new domain and select Oracle Portlet Producers - 11.1.1.0 [Oracle_WC1].

The following error occurs when the checkbox is selected:

CFGFWK-64072 One of the following needs to be selected:
Oracle Portlet Component - 11.1.1.0 [jdeveloper]
Oracle Portlet Component - 11.1.1.0 [oracle_common]

Those components do not exist in the list of available items to configure.

This worked fine before adding the WebCenter Extensions to JDeveloper.

Changes

After installing the WebCenter Extensions / Updates to JDeveloper, users can no longer create a domain containing the Oracle Portlet Producers.
