Symptoms

When trying to run a report containing a chart, the request fails in HTML format. The report data appears, but the chart data is missing. The report shows a broken image where the graph should be. When looking at the OHS error log, errors referencing the chart appear:


Other Information

  • If you use PDF format in APEX, instead of HTML the report runs successfully in APEX.
  • The report with the chart runs successfully in BI Publisher regardless of the format.
