When trying to run a report containing a chart, the request fails in HTML format. The report data appears, but the chart data is missing. The report shows a broken image where the graph should be. When looking at the OHS error log, errors referencing the chart appear:
[<date/time>] [OHS] [ERROR:32] [OHS-9999] [mod_context.c] [host_id: <HOST>] [host_addr: <IP>] [tid: 1182640448] [user: <USER>] [ecid: <ECID>] [rid: 0] [VirtualHost: <NAME>] MODPLSQL-00861: mod_plsql: /pls/apex/xdoimghsX5aWWFDG33704.png HTTP-404 Failed to parse target procedure \nxdoimghsX5aWWFDG33704.png: PROCEDURE DOESN'T EXIST\n, referer: http://<HOST>:<PORT>/pls/apex/f?p=104:0:2924090316130108:PRINT_REPORT=UPS_6wks::::
- If you use PDF format in APEX, instead of HTML the report runs successfully in APEX.
- The report with the chart runs successfully in BI Publisher regardless of the format.
