Symptoms

Upon start up the following error messages are logged in the errors log file. Although, the Directory Server instance continues to run and provides service.

[09/Apr/2011:15:55:17 -0400] - slapd started. Listening on all interfaces port 62389 for LDAP requests
[09/Apr/2011:15:55:17 -0400] - PR_Accept() failed, error -5928 (unknown)
