Goal
Trying to ping the node OIM_NODE from PeopleSoft (PS) node PSFT_HR, the following error is encountered: 
Integration Gateway - External System Contact Error (158,10721)
The PS errorlog.html has the following errors: Connection Refused and Socket closed.
Its known that the ping is going out of the firewall from PS but there is no response from OIM.
