SIP Related Errors Prevent Starting Spaces Managed Servers in a New Domain

Symptoms
The WC_Spaces managed servers are failing to start after initial installation and configuration of the Fusion Middleware Cluster including Spaces.
Errors reported in the WC_Spaces logs are:
