Security Setting Option Missing in Webcenter 11.1.1.4 After Configuring UCM Item Level Security (Doc ID 1314722.1)

Symptoms

On WebCenter 11.1.1.4.0 version with UCM 11.1.1.4 and Item Level Security enabled in UCM, find that the item/folder SECURITY option is missing. The SECURITY option is displayed first time and after custom level is configured, the option is not displayed.

The expectation is that the SECURITY Option is always displayed.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Create groupspace "<GROUPSPACE-NAME>".
2. Manage Space: Services: Ensure Documents is checked.
3. Manage Space: Pages, check box : Documents page: show page.
4. Back to Space.
5. Home and Documents tab is displayed in Navigations.
6. Click on Documents tab.
7. Click on "<GROUPSPACE-NAME>", On right hand, File, New Folder. "folder1"
8. Click on the New Folder "folder1" on left,
9. Click on Folder properties , SECURITY is listed.
10. Set permissions., Custom Level
11. Go back to Root Folder , REFRESH, and go back to "folder1"  folder and SECURITY is missing

Enable RoleEntityACL Component

General config:
UseEntitySecurity=1
SpecialAuthGroups=PersonalSpaces, <SPACE-NAME>

Set SET_DEFAULT_ATTRIBUTES
