Symptoms
When attempting to apply a process map after a change, the following errors are received:
Failed to created a temporary copy of Process map [Map Name]
Failed to create temporary storage file for applying to database
The following is received when closing a subflow window:
Failed to created a temporary copy of Subflow [subflow name]
