UCM 10.1.3.5 New Check In and Search Links Showing Profiles Available Even Though Security is Set (Doc ID 1315657.1)

Symptoms

In Configuration Manager > Profiles > Trigger field.   Selected the value of dSecurityGroup and given each profile either a web or document security group trigger. Published the schema.  All profiles are still available no mater what Security group is assigned.
