Symptoms
Attempt to configure WebLogic Server (WLS) and WebCenter Content (WCC) 11g to use AD with SSL for authentication and authorization, the WCC User Provider (JPS) does not start.
Various notes and documents specify steps and these have been followed, including adding an authentication provider in Weblogic's security realm and moving it to the top of the list, but UCM is not picking up the groups for users because the User Provider in UCM is not starting.
