Symptoms
When attempting to deploy Spring framework webservice on WebLogic 10.3.4 (WLS), the following error is logged to WLS server log:
The Webservice is packaged with the following required versions of SAAJ resources (that are required by the webservice) -
- saaj-api-jwsdp1.3.jar
- saaj-impl-jwsdp1.3.jar
The javax.xml.soap.* package has also been added to <prefer-application-packages> in the weblogic-application.xml deployment descriptor, which is the proper way to define filtering classloading in Weblogic Server.
