How to troublehsoot the cluster communication between BPM Engine nodes.
When a node is unresponsive you might see an exception such as:
Under certain circumstances the PAPI cache might become out of synch in clustered environments. That is, some nodes might not reflect the status of instances correctly. To troubleshoot this type of problems we recommend to enable the cluster communication debugging as described below and also enable PAPI debugging (See <Note 787634.1>).
