A Custom Action Modifier is not Appearing as a Right Click Option in the IPM Production Client (Doc ID 1317635.1)

Symptoms

When deploying a custom action modifier to an IPM 10g system, the right click action does not appear within the Search Results menu.

It is expected that the tool will appear within the IPM Production Client after DSMS processes the .dp file. The dll does get copied to the client's working directory, which means that DSMS is recognizing that there is a custom object, yet the client does not recognize the custom action modifier.
