Cannot Use "Period Cutoff" As Disposition Action (Doc ID 1319260.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a new disposition rule or edit an existing disposition rule, RECADMIN cannot use the "Triggering Action" after "Period Cutoff".  An error message pops up asking the user to "Enter a Value For Triggering Event" and this field does contain a value.
