Goal

By default, only the verification if a server certificate is from a trusted Certificate Authority (CA) is checked. This document shows how to configure Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition (ODSEE) to verify the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) in the Subject /Issued To of a server certificate as well as verify that the issuing certificate authority (CA) is a trusted CA.
