When a WebCenter Forms Recognition Batch is being Processed, Error "Send error: An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket. (ConnectionID -1)" Occurs (Doc ID 1323259.1)

Symptoms

When a batch is being processed by the WebCenter Forms Recognition Run-Time Service and enters the line pairing routine, the following error appears.  The error will only appear on invoices that are performing line pairing (e.g. it will not occur on a service invoice where line pairing is not performed - but the batch does get exported in this instance).

The error reported from the H_ log file as follows:
