Application Role not Found While Migrating an Entire Webcenter Spaces Application

Symptoms
While trying to import spaces using Enterprise Manager -> webcenter -> webcenter spaces -> WLS_spaces -> Application import. Put in the ear from the application export.
It runs for 10-15 minutes and finally ends with the following error:
Application Import Failed
Failed to complete the import process.
application Role: MAAR not found for the application in the destination policy store
Where MAAR is part of a custom role name. So it could be another name.
