Webcenter Spaces Pages Resolution Issue - Unwanted Whitespace Displayed On Page (Doc ID 1324975.1)

Goal

A page has been created in a Group Space - this page contains a number of components in separate panels.   When the page is viewed on a larger screen, all the components are visible .
When the same page is viewed on a smaller screen (e.g. a laptop), a vertical scrollbar is automatically introduced to allow the user to view the full page. This is expected behavior.

Also, the various panels take up a minimum amount of space even without enough data to fill it.  We would like these 'panels' to be variable and adjust automatically to the amount of data displayed.
