In 11g Inbound Refinery, an error occurs during thumbnail creation. 

Step CreateNativeThumbnailWithImageExport forced conversion to be incomplete with error: EX_CALLBACK_ID_PAGECOUNT: The File had 0 pages. EXRunExport() failed: No fonts found. Check GDFONTPATH (0x0B00)
