Form Hangs When Acknowledging Security Warning - The application's digital signature cannot be verified

Symptoms
Launching a Form requiring any custom jar, such as jacob.jar used by an Oracle WebUtil Form, and using Sun JRE version 1.6.0_19 (and above, including JRE 1.7.x_x or 1.8.x_x), a security warning stating: "The application's digital signature cannot be verified. Do you want to run the application ?" appears, like below:

When attempting to acknowledge it, nothing happens. Mouse clicks have no action, the browser cannot be closed via the close button (eg [x]) and it has to be killed via the Task Manager.
This problem also occurs regardless of the form running with separateFrame=true or separateFrame=false.
Changes
Upgraded or started using Sun JRE 1.6.0_19 or above.
