Error 7 and Error 20393 When Scanning Batches in WebCenter Capture

When using a Fujitsu fi-6770 scanner, there are no problems scanning in VCDemo, but errors are returned in Scan for Adrenaline. This occurs whenever scanning a batch in Capture - Scan for Adrenaline regardless of the paper/batch size. The errors returned are:
Error: 7 [Out of Memory] Correct the problem and click OK to continue or click Cancel to Abort the Operation.
After clicking either OK or Cancel, the following error is returned:
Error: 20393 [Unknown ISIS error] Correct the problem and click OK to continue or click Cancel to abort the operation.
A service technician had made adjustments to this scanner station to resolve image quality problems. The technician reinstalled the scanner drivers and also reinstalled VRS. No issues were encountered when testing through the Kofax VCDemo test application.
