SOA 11g: JMS Adapter, 'Access denied to resource' (Doc ID 1328405.1)

Symptoms


SOA 11.1.1.3 JMSAdapter -unable to reach the JMS security policy enabled
remote queue.  Failed to access( produce or consume) a message for a remote queue which
has defined security policy with  any user  from weblogic security realm.
Invoke ->SOA_BPEL-->JMSAdapter-->Remote Secured Queue, failed with access
denied Exception


Exception details observed in the logs at the time of issue.
